Stay at Villa Lega was exceptional. Manager Wayan, Butler Putu, Yuli, Purna, Kadek, Septi, Security Dian, Komang, and cooks Sumendra and Jon. The staff were extremely good. They have good training and are exceptional. Love their silent service. They are fast, efficient, and have solutions to any problem that you may face. This villa is highly recommended for its amazing location (the sunsets are out of this world), the amazing service of the staff, the interior decor, and the space in the villa is superb. Overall, an amazing stay. We would love to come back.

Knowing we were going to be coming in late, Robert's people pre-stocked our fridge with a few breakfast items, which we dove into. It saved us. We were famished! Fabulous villa! We stayed as a family of five, with two adults and three teenage girls. Wonderful location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet very tranquil and super safe. The property itself is absolutely stunning and brand new, with beautiful modern surroundings and everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The pool was gorgeous, and the rooftop was a particular favorite of ours, the perfect spot to sit in the evening and watch the sunset. Whatever we asked for, nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was arranging floaties for the pool, organizing taxis and trips, helping with groceries, or taking care of our laundry. The staff always went out of their way to help and made everything as easy as possible for us. A special thank you to Dyan, Kadek, Wawan, Eka, and Udin, who were all amazing. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made such a difference to our stay.

This chalet is very beautiful and neat. The host is very hospitable and super-fast in responding to our needs. There was one Wi-Fi disruption during our two-week stay, but it was immediately restored after a physical visit from the host. Regular cleaning services were also provided. The only negative was the location. The chalet is by a main road, so it can be quite noisy when sitting on the balcony. Also, Mount Yotei is partially blocked by trees. That aside, it is a very great property.

The rooms are lovely, spacious, extremely tidy, and very comfortable. All the food we ordered was delicious—we didn’t have a single bad meal. The table decorations were very nice too, and we loved the different napkins each night. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and proactive. They helped us organize trips, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Throughout the whole week, we all felt very relaxed and had the most wonderful stay. The pool is amazing, and we went swimming every day. The garden is also very well maintained. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

A trip that was in the making for two years was worth the wait. From the amazing staff to the breathtaking property, it was all worth it.
