My family and I (grandparents, parents, three grandchildren) spent a delightful 10 days at Villa Chi Samui in early April. Having experienced Bangkok and Chiang Mai, we were eager for some beachside relaxation and water sports for the children. The villa itself is superbly presented and immaculately maintained, with many areas cool and sheltered from the hot April sun. Consequently, we were able to eat outside every evening and enjoy the awesome range of Thai food, expertly prepared by Nahm, the villa chef. We made several trips to Fisherman’s Village for the beach, water sports, and night market, including the Thai New Year celebrations. All the transportation was flawlessly arranged by our excellent host, Jen.

The dinners we had in the villa were delicious—excellent food. After big days out doing activities, it was nice to eat at home, and we ended up organizing in-villa dinners several times during the week. Thank you for always making sure we never went without water, towels, or anything we needed, and for consistently preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever needed. We had the best stay at Villa Norbu. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back and telling all of our friends about this amazing house with the best staff. The pool, garden, and rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and chairs for lounging. The pool and seating areas were always clean, well-prepared, and well-maintained. We loved the gym, theater room, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool table. Thanks to the layout and security, we felt very safe even with the kids spread out in different rooms. The chef cooked the most amazing food for us—better than any restaurant we ate at. All the butlers were amazing, very friendly, attentive, and always working hard to please us. Our stay here was better than a 5-star resort, largely thanks to the wonderful service of the staff. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home and everything it has to offer.

You have made our stay at the Villa Infinity View an unforgettable experience. The Villa Infinity View was a perfect location for most of a large family coming together from different parts of the world. The grandparents came from a wintry Norway at -20° to Phuket at 33°, a close to 50° difference. A son and daughter-in-law living in Korea also enjoyed an early summer with their two kids, Noa (5) and Ina (4). A daughter with two teenage boys used the stay as a relaxing last stop after traveling in Asia. The place was perfect for us, and the hospitality and meals were incredible. Thank you for a perfect vacation—we know where we would like to visit again when we come back to Phuket.

We were grateful for the connection to local drivers who transported us to Thai adventures in air-conditioned comfort. The chefs provided fresh, flavorsome Thai and Western meals that were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, with the extended team again providing beautiful and thoughtful service during each meal. The beach was clean and calm, and the facilities available on-site ensured that any time spent at the villa was fun for all. If you are looking for a holiday with spectacular views, the comfort of home, and a safe, secure environment with trusted and exceptional staff, we cannot recommend Tawantok Villas highly enough.

The house is in a great location for skiing in Niseko, close to restaurants and bars (a bit of a walk up the hill, but only about 150m or so from Freezer Doors Bar). The accommodation has a great upstairs living area and separate downstairs bedrooms. We used the spa most days after skiing.

What an amazing chalet for our mixed family group from the UK. There was plenty of space to accommodate us all comfortably. Guest services have been brilliant, shuttling us back and forth to the ski slopes. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. We have all enjoyed the skiing, with lots of snow and an abundance of slopes for all ski levels. If we ever return to Niseko, we will definitely return to Gouka Chalet and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

Here, we can see the vast sea and the distant sky. Standing here and looking far away, the worries in our hearts seem to be washed away. Sitting outside, we can see the distant mountains. The mountains rise so high that they seem to reach the sky. Here we can feel the gentle sea breeze and enjoy fresh fruit and coconut drinks. Everything feels natural and peaceful, making people relax without even noticing it. Here, we feel as if we are deep in nature, surrounded by the sea breeze, the sound of birds, and the calm rhythm of the waves. This trip allowed us to stay in this beautiful place and enjoy the land and the sea. It made us feel completely relaxed. We fall asleep with the sound of insects at night and wake up to the sound of frogs in the morning. Being here has given us a different kind of life experience. This place is truly wonderful.
