Fabulous relaxing week—we all needed the downtime. Celebrating engagements, birthdays, and promotions together was wonderful. The food was amazing (thank you Chef Putu). Our four meals a day were outstanding, and your quick learning of cocktail making was very much appreciated and put to good use. We have had such a wonderful stay at Villa Lilibel. All of the staff have been so attentive and helpful, including with restaurant recommendations and bookings. The dinners we had in the villa were delicious—excellent food. After big days out doing activities, it was nice to eat at home, and we ended up organizing in-villa dinners several times during the week. Thank you for always making sure we never went without water, towels, or anything we needed, and for consistently preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever needed. We also appreciate the dinners, massages, and breakfasts, and your constant help throughout our stay.

We had the best stay at Villa Norbu. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back and telling all of our friends about this amazing house with the best staff. The pool, garden, and rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and chairs for lounging. The pool and seating areas were always clean, well-prepared, and well-maintained. We loved the gym, theater room, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool table. Thanks to the layout and security, we felt very safe even with the kids spread out in different rooms. The chef cooked the most amazing food for us—better than any restaurant we ate at. All the butlers were amazing, very friendly, attentive, and always working hard to please us. Our stay here was better than a 5-star resort, largely thanks to the wonderful service of the staff. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home and everything it has to offer.

I’m a returning guest—this was my third stay—and it just keeps getting better every time. The Elite team is amazing. They are warm, helpful, and make everything feel easy. The location is perfect—super convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés all within a short walk. The welcome pack was such a thoughtful touch and really came in handy on a rushed morning. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help, and the chalet-to-ski-park rides are a huge bonus. You have made our stay at the Villa Infinity View an unforgettable experience. The Villa Infinity View was a perfect location for most of a large family coming together from different parts of the world. The grandparents came from a wintry Norway at -20° to Phuket at 33°, a close to 50° difference. A son and daughter-in-law living in Korea also enjoyed an early summer with their two kids, Noa (5) and Ina (4). A daughter with two teenage boys used the stay as a relaxing last stop after traveling in Asia. The place was perfect for us, and the hospitality and meals were incredible. Thank you for a perfect vacation—we know where we would like to visit again when we come back to Phuket.

What an amazing chalet for our mixed family group from the UK. There was plenty of space to accommodate us all comfortably. Everything feels natural and peaceful, making people relax without even noticing it. Here, we feel as if we are deep in nature, surrounded by the sea breeze, the sound of birds, and the calm rhythm of the waves. This trip allowed us to stay in this beautiful place and enjoy the land and the sea. It made us feel completely relaxed. We fall asleep with the sound of insects at night and wake up to the sound of frogs in the morning. Being here has given us a different kind of life experience. This place is truly wonderful.

During our stay at this villa, we felt very happy. The service was also very good. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in at night. There is also a large swimming pool and a hot spring pool. It was such a fantastic stay at Villa San. The staff were very accommodating and sweet and were always ready to cater to our needs. Along with the great service and friendliness, the food was absolutely delicious and healthy. The chefs managed to cook exceptionally well for us despite our dietary restrictions. The facilities were also great, allowing us to swim freely, hang out in the main room, and work out whenever we felt like it. We had such a great time in Bali, and the activity recommendations definitely helped too. I would definitely recommend Villa San. The place was as beautiful as shown in the pictures, and the six of us had a very pleasant stay. We were extremely pleased to find a portable stove with a big pot, which allowed us to enjoy hotpot dinners together. Cleaning was done twice during our stay, and towels and shower amenities were provided. We would love to stay here again if we return to Niseko as a group. The location was convenient, with most ski resorts and the nearest supermarket within about a 20-minute drive.

From start to finish, this was the most amazing experience. We felt completely cared for, and our every need was met. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the way the staff returned our laundry so beautifully pressed and cleaned. The food was next level, with lots of variety and surprises—no two days were the same. The cocktails were beautiful, and it was so helpful to have the family fridge with snacks, drinks, and water at our disposal. The grounds were stunning and beautifully maintained. We played tennis, got massages, and with the warm sea and gorgeous pool, we were spoiled for choice. The final evening was fun playing volleyball with the crew, and the BBQ dinner with music was incredible.
