The entire home embraced us with warmth and welcome—from the amazing staff greeting us at our car, to the fish coming up to say hello in the entry, and the serene environment that flows with the soothing backdrop sounds of the pool fountain and the ocean beyond.     This was the most beautiful stay all six of us have ever had. The chef was incredible—delicious traditional Thai food, insanely good ribs, and massaman. Owen, the villa manager, was so attentive, looked after us, and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff kept the villa so clean and were very responsive and caring. The garden and salt pool were so magical. Truly the best experience at a luxury villa ever!

    The first time I arrived at the house, I was very surprised because it was clean, beautiful, and functional. The staff were waiting to greet me with a smile. All the staff were very nice, polite, and willing to help, always smiling, and always standing by until all guests were ready every day. The rooms were clean and fragrant with the smell of pandan leaves; it was very nice. The place is safe. The chef cooked delicious food. The villa manager was polite, spoke politely, and provided excellent service. We will recommend this villa to our friends and hope to come back again.     We had a wonderful six nights at the villa. Khun Dang and her team made us feel right at home. The food was delicious every night (we stayed at the villa because the menu was so delicious). They were so kind and helpful, catering to our group ranging in age from 1 year old to 75 years old. We did a lot of activities — I highly recommend the cooking course. We also went canoeing in Phang Nga Bay, which was amazing. Everything was taken care of by Khun Dang and went smoothly.     This beachfront villa is just perfect — great location, not far from the airport, but super quiet and peaceful. You literally wake up facing the ocean. The layout is ideal for three to four families to stay together; everyone gets their own space, but there is also plenty of room to hang out, eat, and relax by the sea. The in-house chef is amazing — every dish we tried was delicious, from Thai food to fresh seafood. Joe, the manager, and the whole team were warm, attentive, and professional. One of the staff even helped both adults and kids with fishing — it was such a nice touch. The only small downside was that the waves were too big for swimming during our stay, but it was great for surfing. Overall, it was a super relaxing and happy vacation — highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Phuket.

    The staff and accommodations at Villa Semarapura were superlative. I have been coming to Bali for over 35 years and have stayed in villas and fine hotels all over the island; the staff at Semarapura were as talented and thoughtful as any I have ever experienced. Our meals were customized to appeal to both our Balinese and Western tastes, and the staff did an amazing job—from nachos and lasagna to ayam betutu and nasi sela. That takes a very clever team. Pak Benny, Bagus, Bayu, Ibu Wita, Ibu Kadek, Pak Wayan, and Pak Nyoman were an amazing team. The rooms, the space, everything was perfection. We return home today with our hearts full of all the warmth of Bali, and we absolutely plan to return. With deepest gratitude.
