Recently renovated in 2025, Nature Chalet is a picture-perfect mountain cabin with a nostalgic sloping roof reflecting classic Japanese architecture. Stylish wood finish, large windows, and modern amenities in this cosy chalet create a warm environment that reflects its natural setting, while the considered design provides everything needed for a stress-free winter holiday or a tranquil space to enjoy in summer.
Settle into the open-plan living area as you discuss an eventful day with your group. After a day full of mountain fun, sit back enjoying the serenity of your cosy chalet while snow falls on the birch trees outside. Or walk 5 minutes to the world-famous Gyu+ Bar and the local favourite Ebisutei, which has been famous for its Oden for over twenty years, or a few minutes further for other highlights including Steak Rosso Rosso, Sushi Kato, Rin, and Half Note Bar, which hosts live music most nights.

Winter
Long hailed as the Mecca for serious snowboarders and skiers searching for champagne powder, Niseko has evolved to present options for all levels of winter sports enthusiasts. There are also many other winter activities available if sliding down a hill isn't your thing.
- Hirafu and nearby Niseko Village feature some of the region's most challenging terrain, while Hanazono offers gentler slopes for beginners. Experienced skiers and snowboarders can explore Annupuri Resort's backcountry gates (expert-level only; appropriate training required).

However, a day on the slopes can get tiring. If you’re not in the mood to cook, why not order in a gourmet meal? Choose from Niseko Gourmet’s tempting menu and enjoy delicious food in the comfort of your living room. For an indulgent experience, ask our Concierge to set up a Niseko Gourmet dinner in your chalet. Sit back and relax as a master chef cooks up a storm within your holiday home and serves you delectable meals including a live display of handmade sushi or an intimate sashimi, tempura & soba noodle experience. Extravagant five or seven-course dinners for adults and two-course dinners for children can also be prepared.
