Katamanda - Villa Agrya
The villa you chose is no longer available for rental from us but we have a portfolio of Elite Havens in various locations around South East Asia for you to choose from. Alternatively feel free to send us an enquiry and it'll be our pleasure to help you find the perfect villa for your next holiday.
Live the island life at three-bedroom Villa Agrya. Part of the secure Katamanda Estate on Phuket’s south-west coast, the villa is all about indoor-outdoor living and boasts a private pool surrounded by a lavish deck.
This cosy holiday home is private and quiet, sheltered on three sides by lush foliage and screens, allowing you to enjoy its 10-metre swimming pool and outdoor areas without caring about prying eyes. There’s plenty of space to accommodate up to six guests, within three spacious bedrooms spread over two levels.
Walking distance from Kata Noi Beach, the villa can be rented on its own or combined with Villa Makata 1 and Villa Makata 2 next door. For larger group , it can also be rented together with any of the other villas within the estate.
High wood-beamed ceilings lend a sense of space, and coupled with large sliding glass doors, they make the living room bright and airy. Tasteful Balinese furniture adds character to the villa and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen is available for your use. But why closet yourself indoors when the pool deck beckons? Easy banter, alfresco meals, gentle sea breeze and poolside barbecues are what a holiday at Villa Agrya is all about.
Though each bedroom has a charm of its own, you may want to steal the master bedroom for yourself, thanks to a dreamy outdoor bathtub and rain shower in its ensuite bathroom. We do confess though that the private balcony attached to the twin bedroom has its own appeal, as does the bedroom on the lower floor with its sense of space and seclusion.
For a change of scene, head over to the estate’s clubhouse, where you can access the fitness centre and a tennis court, as well as another swimming pool. Or you could head out to Kata and Patong nearby, with their multitude of shops, bars and restaurants.

Location
Peace and privacy are assured at Villa Agrya, set within the secure and luxuriantly landscaped Katamanda Estate with unfettered views over Kata Noi Bay. The white sands of Kata Noi Beach – one of Phuket’s finest – are just 800m away, while the larger Kata Beach lies just a little further to the north. Both Kata Noi and Kata Beaches are famous for lovely sunsets and excellent surfing conditions during the south-west monsoon months of May through October. Making the most of those spectacular vistas, some of the island’s best restaurants have sprung up on the beachfront and headland around Kata Noi. Meanwhile, the resort town of Kata offers several more dining, shopping and entertainment choices.
