Bali now offers quarantine-free travel for all fully vaccinated international tourists.
Here's what you need to know about the types of visa that you can acquire for your Indonesia holiday.
Visa on Arrival (VoA)
From now, travellers from the following countries can apply for a visa on arrival in Bali:
Brunei (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Cambodia (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Laos (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Malaysia (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Myanmar (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Philippines (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Singapore (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Thailand (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
United Arab Emirates
United States of America
Vietnam (ASEAN member, Visa-free entry)
Visa Visit (B211A)
International travellers that are not eligible for Visa on Arrival must meet the following requirements:
Hold a Visitor’s Visa (B211A Visa) sponsored by an approved Indonesian travel agency. The B211A Visa costs approximately USD 250 per person and allows travellers to stay for 60 days, with the option to extend. Speak to your Elite Havens Villa Specialist or the Elite Concierge to be referred to an approved agent.
Be fully vaccinated with at least two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to arrival. The Indonesian Government recognises the following vaccinations (including but not limited to): Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, and Johnson & Johnson. International travellers are required to present their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card in digital or hard copy upon arrival in Indonesia. They will also be required to acquire a vaccination registration that allows dining in, entering public premises, and travelling via public transport. Apply for Covid-19 Vaccination Registration
International travellers coming to Bali must meet the following requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated or have received a booster shot.
Have health insurance that guarantees COVID-19 treatment according to the provisions.
Mandatory PCR test upon arrival only for travellers showing symptoms or who tested positive in the last 30 days but can present a recovery letter. Test is taken before you get to the immigration checkpoint at the airport (habour). These travellers must go directly to their accommodation and wait for the test result inside the room. You can not leave the room before the PCR test result is received.
Those who test positive will be isolated in quarantine accommodation until their PCR test returns negative.
