The main villa comprises seven spacious ocean-view bedrooms, arranged in flexible configurations to suit families, couples and independent groups. Uniquely, this property also boasts a self-contained two-bedroom Ocean Villa with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a wide balcony perched just above the sea. While Baan Paa Talee Estate provides the perfect setting for a wedding for up to 80 guests, the Ocean Villa makes a dream honeymoon hideaway.

Baan Paa Talee Estate lies just south of Kamala Beach on Phuket’s west coast and is part of the exclusive Cape Amarin private estate, set on a dramatic rocky headland with spectacular views out over the Andaman Sea. Luxury villa developments line this spectacular stretch of coastal road known as Millionaires’ Mile, together with some five-star resorts which are home to upmarket wining and dining establishments such as The Paresa Resort, Cape Sienna’s Vanilla Sky rooftop bar and the popular Silk Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency are all just few kilometres to the north of the villa. Laid-back Kamala’s sandy bay is a 10-minute drive away, while Surin Beach, with a greater range of restaurants and shops, is a further 5-10 minutes to the north and Patong is 15-20 minutes to the south.

Dining at Baan Paa Talee Estate is at par with Phuket’s best restaurants and once you have sampled the chef’s exquisite meals, you are unlikely to want to eat out.
Menus showcase popular Thai dishes and allow you to explore the fragrant delights of this delicious cuisine. Tropical fresh fruit – beautifully prepared and presented – forms a key part of every breakfast, complemented by continental or American options.
Groceries and beverages are charged at market price plus 20% handling fee. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals with the chef the evening before.
