    Hi Guys I hope you're all well and enjoying the up-tick in being busy, all good things for the future . . . Both Milwa and I just wanted to pass-on our heartfelt thoughts of our wonderful villa stay and wedding day at the beautiful Villa Mandalay . . . Our long-awaited stay and ceremony has been gestating as long as a newly-born baby elephant , (3 years), but well worth the wait. . . . thank you! The villa was as described, spacious, luxurious and homely. Our stay was made especially warm due to the friendly, committed and discrete nature of all the wonderful staff throughout our stay. Further, our warm thoughts to all you guys at Elite Havens for making all this happen from day one . . . and for being so patient and flexible during a challenging pandemic period thank you! Rooms and communal spaces were meticulously maintained daily with our (guests) convenience in-mind and a caring and helping-hand and practicable advice was always available. . . . We especially..

    The villa is stunning. The decoration and facilities are amazing and we have enjoyed every single second of it. And this great time was also mainly because of the incredible friendly, hard work and impeccable staff. The staff are helpful and friendly. Take care of us in an outstanding way. The food was delicious, the place always clean and organized, and the staff was always smiling. We loved and we are definitely returning and recommending!!!

    Hosting my retreat for clients of my VIP program at the gorgeous villa was the best decision. The chef was brilliant delivering to us delicious dishes every day. The property is amazing and everyone felt like their room was a private sanctuary. What is amazing about the villa is that you are so close to the street yet feel so far as if you are in the peaceful, blissful countryside. Villa Mandalay is a great Balinese sanctuary. Thank you to Manager Suka and the team for making sure our stay and needs were always met with wonderful hospitality.

    Suka and the rest of the staff at Mandalay were been fantastic since we arrived at their front door. Every detail was handled meticulously and timely. We had a fantastic wedding here and all our guests expressed at how great the service and facilities were. It was truly a marvelous experience. We do not have a single complaint. All of you at Mandalay truly went above and beyond and made it possible for us to have these awesome moments which we will be cherishing for the rest of our lives.

    We will all miss our Bali boys. The boys service could not have been better. They were very helpful with every single thing. We always woke up to smiling faces from the Mandalay crew and it made our trip a lot better and happier. They were so friendly and become our friend more than our helpers. We learnt a lot from them and they taught us about their culture, which I believe we wouldn't have learnt if it wasn't due to them.

    We came to Bali for our son's wedding - groom's family. We stayed in Villa Mandalay. It was a beautiful experience for everyone. Everything from staff to facility and convenience was beyond words. Only regret in a way was we were not able to enjoy the villa as much as we could have since we had wedding events in other venues everyday. Big thank you to entire Villa Mandalay staff. We will be sure to come back someday again.

    Villa Mandalay was everything it promised to be. From the moment we booked until our departure, all the employees at Mandalay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The arrangement for check in was very smooth and the Manager - Suka, Heri and all staff members were easily contactable and were quick to offer their assistance. The Chef - Alit was superb and accommodated to all our dietary requirements. Villa Mandalay was tidy, comfortable and very spacious. Our pool was absolutely surreal, made the stay relaxing. We were a bit far from most activities, however it was very peaceful and I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

    We stayed at Mandalay villa for 10 days to celebrate our family reunion. We were welcomed by the owner who made us feel welcomed and introduced us to the villa staff. Led by Suka (manager) we have had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay here. They have been very friendly and ensured we had everything to ensure we made the most of our time in Bali. From cooked meals to organized transport to and from villa, all have been facilitated without a hassle. As a compliment to Chef Alit, our family stayed in the whole week to enjoy the wonderful spread prepared. Thank you Suka and team for your great hospitality and we will definitely recommend Mandalay Villa and will hopefully come back soon.

    From the moment we arrived, this has been the most wonderful vacation my family has been on. The drivers at the airport were very helpful and kind. When we arrived at villa, the greeting and drinks were both amazing, the villa is gorgeous! Amazingly clean, the ground are amazing, the ponds, the pool, the room, the bar and the golf! The very best part was the staff, everyone was kind, helpful and great to be around. The meals we had were better than fine dinning restaurants. Watching our children enjoy the villa and the memories we made with friends will be cherished forever. Thank you.

    Fifteen family members descended on this villa to celebrate a significant birthday in the family. We have all relaxed immensley, and most importantly been well taken care by all of the staff here at Villa Mandalay. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always available to give advice as we needed it. The food was delicious and tasty, especially the local Indonesian dishes. We hope to be back at some stage to repeat the experience. Thank you all of the lovely staff!!

    We are a family of 18, ranging from 1,5 years old to 70 years old. All of us love the stay at Villa Mandalay. Everyone from Suka, Heri, Chef and the gang took very good care of us. Overall the villa is comfortable, spacious, tranquil and the highlight is actually the 25m pool. We will definitely come back again.

    My family and I came to Villa Mandalay to celebrate my 40th Birthday. We are group of 10 adults and 6 young children. We had the most wonderful time. The villa was stunning, we love the vista overlooking the rice paddies and the beautiful pool. The staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we need, even a six year old's pink birthday cake. The food was delicious, both for kids and adults. We will definitely be back!

    We stay at villa Mandalay for 10 days in September. We had 6 adults and 6 children age 1-6 years. The villa was beautiful as expected. The staff were very helpful, specially how tolerant they were of the children and the mess. the food was outstanding thanks to the skilled chef. We highly recommend anyone stay here.

    It's the first time for me to arrange a trip with 3 families, 14 of us. Thank goodness i found Elite Havens! Prompt response, good recommendation & advise and detailed! We stayed in Mandalay for 5 nights. The attendants are so polite, attentive and made us feel so welcome! They ensured we had a comfortable stay with a clean environment! Accommodating all our requests. Mr Suka, someone that i must really compliment! He had made all our activities arrangements according to our requirements, request, and giving appropriate advises. The villa size is just right for us and the pool is huge! The 8 children had so much fun! Looking out at the padi field from the terrace every morning brighten up my days! The only negative feedback is on the 7th bedroom. It's the furthest room from the hall with too much excess of privacy. None of us stay in that room throughout.
