    Thank you so much for making our first family trip in years and our first stay in Bali a dream ! Of course, the villa and its location are simply perfect but the staff is what makes this place unique. We felt welcome from day 1, only to get used to the incredibly high service levels of each and every staff member, we have truly never experienced the same anywhere in the world.     Thank you for a wonderful stay, your service and attention to detail were truly amazing. You also anticipated many of our needs without us asking. You have made our stay highly memorable. The location of the villa is also excellent, it is a short walk to the beaches, many beach clubs, restaurants, and shopping centre. The villa is also very well designed and our kids love the pool and the various floats. We loved it so much here that we ended up spending a large part of our vacation lazing in the villa.

    Dear Wayan and all the staff Jajaliluna, thank you all so much for an magnificent stay. From the minute we walked in we felt totally relaxed and were treated like royalty. The villa speaks for itself - totally luxurious but at the same time so comfortable and practical. The cleaning and housekeeping is exceptional and the staff all work together so well and read the play so well. Little detail like the way you organized the TV repairmen within 30 minute of us finding out it was ' Fuzzy ' so we could watch the AFL, WAS A CREDIT TO YOU !! The food was first class restaurant quality, Thank you and congratulation Gusti and Putu for a great breakfast too. Again many thanks as good a holiday as anyone could have. See you again soon.

    What a wonderful 10 days we are had here at Villa Jajaliluna. After so long not traveling, it is been fantastic to have a return to Bali, and with the generous people at Jajaliluna, be our first trip in such a long time. Putu, Ketut, Komang, Made and Wayan Darta have all made our stay at the villa great - with all sorts of things - cold drinks when we get home, cheerful greetings, all their work to keep the villa, and us, happy and cheerful. Thank you. Gusti and Chaca have made us such beautiful and tasty food - and been so careful with one guest with a food allergy. Our meal at the Villa have been a highlight. Thank you. Nengah and Ngurah - the night shift security - thank you for keeping an eye out for us all. And lastly, Wayan - who heads it all up and who was never too busy to offer us suggestions, share his knowledge and information about Bali and take us to some great places. Thank you Wayan. The stay here has been all we hope for and needed.

    Thank you very much for everyone at Jaja for giving us the most wonderful Christmas. The villa itself is obviously fabulous and blow your mind when you walk through the front gate. However what sets Jaja apart from any other holiday destination are the fabulous staff. Everyone has been so attentive and friendly from start to finish, not only to us but our children too. Thank you for effortlessly entertaining them, allowing us to have beautiful meals without them. The food also been fabulous (and plentiful). We can't wait to return.

    Wow!! Where do we begin? What and absolute amazing destination. From the moment we arrived and from the moment we will have to leave we have been treated like kings! The villa is stunning and has everything you need, it is calm, welcoming and has been a dream to live in for a week. However, what has made our week are the staff. Nothing has been too much trouble from the moment you wake up to the time you go to bed. They are an absolute credit to this villa and they alone have made the whole experience magical. So first class all the way. Beautiful clean, Amazing service. What more do you want. When we find our selves back in Bali. Villa Jajaliluna will definitely be our first destination.     We loved our stay, Wayan and his team were amazing! They were genuinely kind and thoughtful and nothing was a problem. I am a chef and the food here was excellent, splurge on the bbq seafood dinner, you will not regret it. It was relaxing and so peaceful and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.     Thank you for all the friendly staff and service. It was very nice we were greeted and asked for tea and coffee every morning. We really enjoyed our stay here. Cooking great too. So many times we were going to eat outside but ended up having the children's meal too because it was very delicious. Would recommend to our friends and family.     This is our second visit to this wonderful villa and yet again it has been amazing. The villa is pristine and comfortable and located in the hub of Seminyak. But of course it is the wonderful staff that make it so hospitable. The worst part is writing this review as it is now time to say goodbye.     WOW what an amazing time we have had, all enjoyed for my 60th birthday celebrations. We love everything about Villa Jajaliluna. The accommodation is fabulous and of course the tranquil setting is amazing. The staff absolutely spoil us. They are a credit of Balinese culture for sure. Our first week here with our two sons and their wives and our two gorgeous grandsons - we all felt very lucky to be staying in such a beautiful villa, I'm sure they would all like to return. This beautiful villa was fastidiously maintained. All facilities well designed to provide both privacy and social activities. If the villa was wonderful the staff excelled it by their friendliness, their attention to all details and responsiveness to all our needs, and more often anticipating them.     Wonderfully located villa stone throw from beach and main area of seminyak, all walking distance. Excellent staff and lots of outdoor areas in villa so feeling of space and 8 of us were never on top of each other. Great pool too. Could be more grassed area if you had young kids.

    Great villa with fantastic staff. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to chill, this is it. Great for groups looking for a bit of tranquility in paradise and yet near enough to hot spots in Seminyak for the great sunsets.

    Having spent years trying to find the perfect villa, we have finally found Villa Jajaliluna. Perfect location, spacious and very comfortable, Jajaliluna ticked all our boxes but above all it was the attentive staff that topped off a perfect stay.

    I recently celebrated my 50th birthday with family and friends for a week at Villa Jajaliluna. It was absolutely perfect! The villa's design around the pool creates the most beautiful area to relax and enjoy outdoor living in the balinese style surrounds. The staff could not have been more attentive and the seafood barbeque we enjoyed for my birthday was a feast not to be missed. I would love to stay there again in the future!

    Excellant staff, great chef, the food was great. Loved the outdoor and bbq area. The garden shower in the main bathroom was beautiful.

    The villa was lovely and one of the best I have ever stayed in. For the price, I think they could have offered daily breakfast. However, this is really a great villa and location is near to many restaurants and bars.

    We had the most incredible stay in total luxury, being looked after by the most hospitable staff! Special mention to Putu and Komang for extra attentiveness including going out and buying fresh coconuts, chopping the top and serving filled with ice to some very hungover ladies. It will be almost impossible not to book Jajaliluna again next year...

    Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The staff and facilities met our expectations without exception. The villa was in a fantastic position, so close to everything with no road noise. The villa manager Wyan was so knowledgeable with any queries we had on where to eat, shop etc and we felt that he and his staff couldn't be more helpful and caring to ensure we had a great stay. We had fantastic food in house also prepared by chef Gusty who accommodated our grand children's taste with ease. We would recommend Villa Jajaliluna without hesitation.

    Villa Jajaliluna was as good as it looked on the website. The atmosphere was excellent and the poolside BBQ fabulous the night we arrived. The pool area was a great focal point and the design suited our family perfectly. We were with our three adult children and their partners and the layout of the villa gave each couple their own space and areas for different activities. The staff were brilliant and it is situated close to a number of excellent restaurants.
