    We are a group of 7 guests who arrived on March 1st, 2024, staying here for 3 nights. The villa is amazing with 4.5 fully equipped bedrooms and a lovely pool. The staff have been great and most helpful with all our requests, and all of us had a wonderful stay here.

    This is our second time at Casa Brio. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. My special mention goes to Made Ubud. He is the sweetest, kindness and most hard working of all the staff. He manages it all alone, cooking an amazing delicious breakfast and he keeps the villa spotless. Because of him we will be back again.

    Love, my time at Casa Brio, my time was made especially special by Made Samu. The cocktails, experience and friendliness was amazing. I recommend this place to all newcomers and appreciate their effort to made this stay the best i had internationally. I would also to say thanks to the team. I will miss this place. We had an amazing holiday staying at Casa Brio for my Dad's 60th birthday. The staff were so wonderful and were always so accommodating to our needs. The villa is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Made always made the best Pina Coladas. Both Made and Devi were the best. I will definitely come back again for another holiday.

    Casa Brio staff was amazing. Devi and Made were so caring and made sure our stay was great. The food was excellent. Devi's cooking is amazing and we couldn't get enough of it. The rooms were so nicely done, and the pool was the perfect temp. The staff was so cute, they remembered our names and would enquire if one of us weren't at the table. They made fantastic recommendations as to where to go and eat. All I can say is that they were amazing. I will come back soon and recommend this place to anyone who comes to Bali.

    The staff at Casa Brio were excellent. They were attentive to all of our needs during our stay. The food was excellent and they assisted with special items for a birthday celebration.     The stay was overall very relaxing, especially in the morning by the pool. The staff were really kind, helpful and observant. Really refreshing and love the float they provide. Swam almost once or twice a day. Surrounding environment of the villa is pretty quiet and peaceful.

    The stay was really nice. The staff were kind and always trying to make our stay as nice as possible. The food quite nice in my opinion, it was convenient. The pool was really big and spacious, though it tastes like rotten cucumber, it was still nice.

    Amazing villa and even more amazing staff. Beautiful villa grounds and every room was made immaculate every day. Butlers looked after us like family.     Thank you so much for arranging our villa in Seminyak. We all had the most wonderful 8 days together as a family. It is a holiday we will always cherish. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and looked after every little detail. Our chef and staff were great with all the meals we ordered. We arranged to have a big American breakfast every morning with freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly cut fruit, cereals, eggs anyway and crispy bacon and tomatoes with plenty of toast just the way we ordered it. We had dinner at the villa 4 nights as we all loved sitting around together in the beautiful comfy surroundings and of course so much easier with our 11 month old baby who loved being entertained and carried around by the staff. We all went out together one night to Sardine (beautiful restaurant) leaving the baby with our lovely staff member (who’d only recently had a child of her own) to look after Will which he loved. I could not recommend this villa more highly.

    We had a wonderful time at Casa Brio. To begin with, the villa is very well designed, well maintained and spacious. Location is also convenient, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. But we enjoy this place so much that we had dinner at the villa twice. The Chef cooks delicious meals (the pork ribs is everyone’s favorite). We only have to pay for the ingredients. All the staff and manager made the villa even more welcoming and cozy. They are attentive and full of initiative. They really make our stay perfect. Elite Havens we appreciate the concierge service.

    We absolutely loved our stay at the Casa Brio.The location was fantastic and definitely the best location we have ever stayed in Seminyak with regards to having all the best restaurants/bars on our front doorstep, all walking distance. The villa was really nice as well and a perfect size for our group of 8 people. Very spacious bedrooms.The staff at the villa were wonderful and the best I have experienced in Bali. They were very warm and friendly and could not do enough for our family. The kids were spoilt by them with lots of banana smoothies and hot chips, they loved it. Thank you very much for having us and I would not hesitate to recommend the Casa Brio to our clients and Elite Havens for a company to deal with.

It is really well set up for a family holiday experience (ie, kids + grandparents). The staff were friendly and always willing to help and give advice. If you want a personable holiday as compared with larger style hotel, this is a good choice. We celebrated my father's 70th birthday in the villa which was decorated, we enjoyed the music and traditional Balinese dancing and BBQ (seafood/meat) in the villa. The food is delicious and great when you want to relax at “home away from home”.

    The stay at Casa Brio was amazing. The villa is beautiful and very convenient, perfect for 2 families as it has 2 king size and 2 twin rooms (these can be converted to doubles). The location could not be any better with Seminyak's happening spots just few steps away. The staff were very attentive and very friendly, recommending the places to eat and go out to, however without being intrusive. The food prepared by in-house chef was yummy! Thanks for a great stay! Will be back!

    Casa Brio and the staff where everything and more could not fault the villa in anyway all the staff could not do enough for us. My husband and I took our twin girls there for there 21st and they where blown away with the amazing size of the villa. I am ever so thank full to the amazing staff who looked after us :)

    My friends and I loved our stay at Villa Casa Brio. The staff were amazing - so friendly, attentive, but allowed us our privacy. The food was fantastic, and the cocktails were great too. Made, our driver, was so lovely, as were all of our lovely butlers. The staff made everything so easy for us - confirming restaurant reservations, adapting to our changing plans, making lovely snacks - nothing was ever too much trouble.

    Amazing villa. Staff were exceptional, in particular Devi, Budi, Yusa and Made. Chef cooked superb meals. Close proximity to great restaurants. No gym facility, but staff directed us to a gym nearby and drove us each day.

    It was a beautiful oasis from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, isolated and yet a stone's throw away from restaurants and shops. We could walk to places nearby which was nice. The staff you have are fantastic, so helpful and always smiling. We never had a problem with getting what we needed, having reservations made. The chef was very good as well, we had a delicious barbeque one night and were impressed with the food. My one comment would be that the kitchen fridge and microwave could be kept cleaner. Also, the living area can get very hot - the fans are high up and don't really cool the place. Perhaps, you could have some standing fans available on request? They aren't very attarctive, but could be an option. All in all, i would definitely return. We loved it!

    The villa was absolutley perfect for our group. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff. The villa was like a home away from home. We will never stay in another hotel room again!!!
