For weddings and popular event villas, booking up to two years in advance may be advisable. For birthdays, wellness retreats, hen and stag parties and corporate events, six to 12 months is generally a useful planning window.

The more popular the villa, the earlier you should book. Some guests reserve as much as two years in advance to secure their preferred villa for an event. This is especially true in the case of the Pandawa Cliff Estate which remains an all-season favourite for wedding ceremonies.

For other events such as birthdays, hen and buck parties, wellness retreats and corporate affairs, it’s preferable to book a venue six months to one year in advance.

How do you choose the right villa for an event?

Start by defining your event type, destination, guest requirements and preferred villa features. You can then narrow down suitable event villas based on availability, location, number of bedrooms, facilities and amenities.
