At NoKu, every month is an invitation to savour something unexpected. This September, our bar team has bottled the essence of a Bali afternoon into a single cocktail — Meanwhile in NoKu.

Infused with Nusa Cana Tropical Light Rum, creamy Nusa Cana Coconut, and the sunshine sweetness of fresh honey pineapple juice, it’s brightened with lime, lifted by pandan syrup, and rounded out with orgeat and aromatic bitters. The result? Tropical vibrance layered with subtle complexity — the taste of Seminyak’s golden hour.

Perfect Pairings

Pair this cocktail with:

  • Crispy soft-shell crab sliders – The cocktail’s acidity cuts through the richness.
  • Grilled satay skewers – Smoky, savoury notes balance the drink’s tropical sweetness.
  • Fresh mango sticky rice – For a dessert pairing that doubles down on sunshine flavours.
