    Dear Jane, Chef Madeo and the Malaiwana staff. When we first stepped inside the villa we were all amazed by the beautiful architecture and interior design of this villa. The infinity pool facing the ocean is definitely a highlight. What makes an experience most enjoyable is the delicious food the chef prepared with high-quality standards. Jane and her staff are also very friendly and helpful. We all had a very enjoyable time with happy memories.

    Thank you to the amazing villa team at Malaiwana for the erectile bony weekend. Your guys created the most special holiday for us, and thank you for the incredible food, all the activities organized, the massage and golf and elephant sanctuary, and the entry special, like helping to buy a teddy bear for my daughter who forgot the teddy bear.     This is a family trip for senior citizens and children. Coordinating the entire trip is difficult, but Pekky, the housekeeper, is very nice and can cater to all needs. Such as helping to buy Thai school uniforms, bow ties, belts in Thailand, and strawberry lip balm, which was not available on 7/11. From our communication with the chef, we made stewed pork knuckles with pork belly. Baked pork ribs with potatoes and beans, soy milk and fried white flour sticks, morning porridge, and steamed fish, 80% of the flavors of Chinese food are restored. That’s great, thanks to a very smart and kind chef. And the other 2 ladies did a great job. Thank you very much to all the staff for making our holiday even better. I will choose you again next time.

    My experience here at the villa was incredible it’s definitely an experience an I never forget. I’ve had many great experiences in Phuket but I’ve got to say my favorite time on experience I had here have to has been sitting down with my friends and eating the delicious food the staff prepared for us. The staff here are so amazing they are kind, funny, and AMAZING at cooking. Thank you to everyone who help make this trip possible. Sorry for handwriting. My experience here was great everybody was kind when we stayed here. The food was very delicious and the staff were very welcoming. I really wish I could stay here I really like the food and everyone was very kind I also really like one own private swimming pool and the room were very comfortable.

    Our 6 night stay at Malaiwana was absolutely amazing. We were so grateful to have chef Lucky cook us the most delicious, authentic Thai food. We definitely recommend getting your dinner cooked in the villa. Our team of staff (Hannah, Lucky, Tammy & Su) were so kind to us and make us feel so comfortable and well looked after. Hannah went above and beyond to help us with booking day trips and giving us advice about Phuket and the best places to go.She is so sweet, so look after her. The villa was kept so clean and fresh, comfortable and so aesthetically cute. We loved our rooms and the outdoor area. We loved Malaiwana so much. We didn't want to leave the villa and the staff who are so special to us. While in Phuket make sure you go to Banana Beach, Phuket Old Town, and Zippy Day Club, and island day tour is a must!     I and my friends stayed at Malaiwana this time. Very happy. The atmosphere here is very good. Good care of the staff. The first day, there were two children who did not like curry. On the second day, the staff provided the pork bone with corn soup to them instead. They really care. Communication was not always smooth, but the staff still intended to find a translation app and speak to us via messages. It made us feel more comfortable.     Every area in this room is decorated in a modern style. Staying here was very impressive and exciting. The pool is great, with small lights at night.     Everything about this villa and team is superb! All the rooms are clean and well ventilated. The master bedroom is large and the view is just perfect. The pool is a decent size and we all spent a long time relaxing on the patio. We must mention what an asset the team is to this villa. Wawa and her team were the most helpful and friendly bunch. Nothing was too much trouble and they got on wonderfully with our two kids. Wawa helped us save a lot of time and effort by helping find the medication needed for my daughter and my dad. We really had spent the most wonderful and relaxing week here in Phuket. Oh, and the chef's cooking is so delicious. She was able to cook authentic yet catering to our family, most of whom could not eat spicy. We all loved the food and actually ate all our dinners in the villa! We can’t wait to be back!     The Elias family had a wonderful holiday - thanks to the attentive and lovely service from Ms Wawa and her team. The food was first class and nothing was too much bother. The villa itself was so comfortable that it would be hard not to enjoy oneself. Our only comment is we would have liked at least two extra sun lounges by the pool and a T.V. in the living room.     I’ve been Thailand many times and this time I choose Malaiwana and brought my family for vacation. My family enjoyed the vacation very much and the staff is very attentive. The chef surprised us every day. The nice view brightened our holiday. We had really have a good time. I hope to stay here next time. Thanks to lily and the staff in villa.     What an extraordinary week! We've never had such a holiday before. From the first moment, every need was met. The food at every meal was amazing and "Jeng" our chef, was happy for us all to watch and learn. Our 10 month old baby "Ivy" had the time of her life with so many willing arms and playmates - the staff were all wonderful with her and she loved them.     Great views, great staff, this is an amazing place. The in-villa dinner was excellent - try the yellow curry with beef. Also, the tod mun pla (fish cake) were great, in fact, everything was great. Enjoy!

    Thank you so much to every one of Malaiwana villas especially our butler Sunny and her helpful and attentive team. We had a fantastic family holiday with our 85 years old grandma and 1 year old baby. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and we wish to visit again.

    Excellent customer experience in Malaiwana. The staff has delivered excellent service to us. Mr. Woody is nice and knowledge prepared well for us. The chef, Ms. Kalaya, prepared excellent meal for us. The Thai food she prepared was the best dishes we ate in Phuket. Ms. Bulhan and Bee also delivered excellent service to us. And I appreciate all them efforts and I wish visit Malaiwana again next time!

I enjoys every moment staying here, enjoy the facilities, seeing the view. I would recommend visitors to come here and stay with their family and friends. Totally worth it! This villa and this location is suitable for those who prefer to stay quiet and peaceful. Not quite a place for party people who wants to enjoy might life and entertainment, as it is far from Patong Beach – an hour drive from here to there. Highly recommended!     Thank you for a wonderful stay. You helped make it so relaxing with 3 babies, cooking food for them and playing with them, and even arranging a wonderful 1st birthday surprise for one of them with cake, balloon and banner.
